Corporate and Government Counterintelligence Advisor
Emanuel Dash
WASHINGTON, DC
Emanuel brings over fifteen years of experience in intelligence analysis, strategic research, and training to Lauruse, expertise built across the U.S. government's most demanding counterintelligence and counterterrorism environments.
As a Senior Intelligence Analyst at ManTech, he conducted complex intelligence analysis and research supporting multiple high-level government initiatives, earning a National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation and a Letter of Commendation from the FBI. As a Training Specialist at TSI, he administered specialized investigative, tactical, and counterterrorism instruction to FBI, DEA, and Hostage Rescue Team agents, and helped develop the FBI Academy's counterterrorism capstone seminar, work recognized with two outstanding employee citations. He holds a degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and is a certified FBI Instructor.
At Lauruse, Emanuel leads our approach to corporate counterintelligence: proactive, not defensive, anticipating how competitors, foreign intelligence services, and malicious insiders will target an organization's most valuable assets. Drawing on the same risk-assessment discipline used at the federal level, his team identifies critical assets, determines real threats, and closes vulnerabilities before they're exploited.
Intangible assets like trade secrets, proprietary data, and business processes make up roughly 81% of the S&P 500's value [1].
As new AI technologies grow capable of breaking encryption, the question isn't whether someone is trying to steal yours – it's who. Make corporate counterintelligence a board-level priority.
