and Enterprise Transformation
NEW JERSEY
Monika brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, platform architecture, and Global Business Services transformation to Lauruse, expertise built across some of the most complex, high scale technology environments in global business.
At Mars, Inc., Monika led platform unifications at a scale few technology leaders ever touch. As VP of Corporate Systems, she unified systems across 130,000+ employees, including a $25 million AI transformation program projected to deliver approximately $275 million in annual savings – with GenAI pilots already producing 30% efficiency gains across enabling functions. Her team deployed Workday globally across 75 countries. As Retail CIO for the M&M'S brand, she held direct, hands-on GDPR ownership and evaluated M&A opportunities that added multiple partners to the business. She also built Mars's first Experience Design Team, reflecting a career-long focus on technology people actually use, not just systems that technically work.
At Lauruse, Monika leads our approach to people centered transformation. Her discipline is execution, taking direction from the board and turning it into change that finance trusts and employees genuinely embrace. Her approach is experience led and process driven, and she doesn’t just design transformation, she makes it feel human.
Most transformation initiatives fail not at the strategy stage, but in execution, where big ambitions meet the reality of how people actually work. At Lauruse, Monika turns strategic mandates into change that people understand, trust, and carry forward.
